"What software do you use for drawing and animating your pixel art?"
-My pixel art are drawn and animated with GraphicConverter, a graphics software for mac

"Do you do commissions?"
-I don't do commissions. However, feel free to suggest me some of your ideas or request, and if I like it and it inspires me, I might do it
